My research requires access to 4PB of data. This costs a fortune to maintain on the cloud; even $0.001 / GB / month for Glacier Deep Archive comes to $50k per year. On S3 this goes up by a factor of 23.
Can I talk to someone at Google or Amazon or Azure to propose that they host my data? I would like it to be public; and then more researchers will use their cloud. How do I start that conversation?
